The ASMP program represents the largest and most impactful modernization effort ever undertaken by the University. ASMP is engaging campus in many readiness activities to help ensure a smooth transition to new administrative systems, business processes, and technical architecture.
Each College, School, and Unit (CSU) has identified at least one Readiness Coordinator for the areas of HCM/Payroll, Financials, and Information Technology. The Enterprise Readiness team is developing a robust training strategy to deliver a variety of training options to campus. Based on widely-accepted methodology, training will be deployed centrally to campus and will focus on critical business skills staff will need to work in Workday. All training will be housed on the Workday website.
Business Change Overviews are a series of events that provide high-level reviews of major business and policy changes as a result of new systems and business processes. Led by central processing offices and subject matter experts, Business Change Overviews are filmed and archived on the Workday website.
